Are there any courses online that teach the Japanese language?
I want to learn how to speak Japanese, and have sort of started memorizing somethings from watching to much anime 
But I would like to learn all I can because I want to become a Japanese English Teacher once I’m finished school, btw I’m going to grade 12.
Is there a course or something that I could take online or if possible a list of possible places I can go to learn Japanese after my last year of school, although I would prefer to do it online or before my last year I’m willing to wait and learn it properly.
I’d also like to start learning Kanji(i think that’s right?), and money isn’t a problem, I’m not really looking for something free that doesn’t have actual lessons.

Most websites are run by people with no teaching credentials and are not even native speakers of Japanese. The best way to learn Japanese is through a variety of methods. You need to work on your grammar, listening, speaking, reading and writing. Its best to think of these as separate categories and focus on each specific category as these require different methods and techniques.

I also recommend trying to learn a certain amount of vocab or kanji each day as this helps you build up your vocab and kanji ability. I tried to learn 5 kanji per day or about 20 a week and did the same with vocab.
Watching Japanese anime or any Japanese TV program is a good idea for improving your listening skills and also your vocabulary. Keep a notebook and jot down any new words you hear. Then look them up and find out the meaning.

HRM or NURSING?? Which one is far more better?
I’m a guy(straight), 18 yrs. old,
i’m a shifter from 1st year nursing to HRM (in a great dilemma). Actually i love photography, AB English, Archaeologists, and SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics)… But i ended up being in nursing and i really su*k for it, i’m failing due to not attending classes, because i’m not enjoying being in it. I want to shift to HRM but if i’ll do my best in that course, will there be an oppurtunity for me to go abroad? (where i can earn big money to help my family and myself) by the way i’m from philippines. Because in nursing they’re really in great demands right now. I really want to know the opinions of experienced ones, specially the adults. Nursing is demanded overseas, how about HRM?
